Exchange Policy At Eden's ROM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if your purchase(s) are not as described, please contact us at edensrom@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order(s). Eden's ROM will check all items before shipping to customers to ensure that they are in good conditions. If the product is damage during the transit time, please: 1. Sent a photograph of the damaged or wrong item to edensrom@gmail.com for verification. 2. The product must be returned with original packaging. 3. The exchanged item must be of same or lower value. 4. Any excess amount is to be topped up by the customer. Exchanges are only valid for: 1. If the product that we delivered is not what the customer has ordered. 2. The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above. Refund Policy Refund will be made in the following conditions: 1. If the purchased item is out of stock. 2. If the order is canceled due to the unavailability of goods. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid except for the above listed conditions. Shipping & Delivery Delivery is provided within Singapore ONLY (for the time being) and is available in both normal and registered mail. The rates for both normal and registered are in accordance with the rates provided by Singpost. Eden's ROM DO NOT profit from any postage charges. For registered mail, there will be an additional $2.24 on top of the normal postage. To track your registered article, please go to: Singpost. We also provide meetups (at our conveniece) at three locations: 1. Boonlay MRT Station (Jurong Point) 2. Chua Chu Kang MRT Station 3. Tanah Merah MRT Station Do leave us your contact number in the order form so that we are able arrange the place and time with you. However, do note that we do not accept COD.
