The exchanged item must be of same or lower value. 4. Any excess amount is to be topped up by the customer. Exchanges are only valid for: 1. If the product that we delivered is not what the customer has ordered. 2. The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above. Refund Policy Refund will be made in the following conditions: 1. If the purchased item is out of stock. 2. If the order is canceled due to the unavailability of goods. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid except for the above listed conditions. Shipping & Delivery Delivery is provided within Singapore ONLY (for the time being) and is available in both normal and registered mail. The rates for both normal and registered are in accordance with the rates provided by Singpost. Eden's ROM DO NOT profit from any postage charges.
